Tae Kwon Do

Tae Kwon Do is a traditional Korean martial art that focuses on developing physical strength, mental focus, and confidence. At Mumwe Oak School, we believe in the benefits of Tae Kwon Do and are proud to offer it as an extracurricular activity to our students. Our Tae Kwon Do classes are taught by certified instructors who are dedicated to helping students achieve their full potential.

In each class, students will learn a variety of techniques, including kicks, strikes, and blocks. Our instructors will also teach students about the principles and philosophies of Tae Kwon Do, such as respect, discipline, and self-defense. As students progress through the program, they will have the opportunity to test for higher belts and continue to build their skills and confidence.

In addition to physical benefits, Tae Kwon Do is a great way for students to develop mental focus, discipline, and self-esteem. Through regular practice, students will learn to concentrate and stay focused, even under pressure. They will also develop a sense of pride in their accomplishments and a belief in their own abilities.

At Mumwe Oak School, we believe in providing a supportive and encouraging environment for our students. Our Tae Kwon Do classes are designed to be fun, challenging, and rewarding, and we are committed to helping each student reach their full potential.
